You can use effort as your reward to achieve what you want

In a sense, we are looking our goals in the face, knowing them for what they are and not paying a blind bit of notice to the fact that what we’re pursuing is hard. We get wooed by the prospect of living a life of abundance and forget about the hard work needed.
Then it comes the time to try. To step out and have a go at this thing you’ve been obsessing over for months. The first article, video, podcast, phone call, question — whatever. And you choke. You choke because you’ve spent all your time on the sidelines and now it comes to playing the game. And you’re scared. Well, there’s some good news here, having a go and trying is the reward. Let me explain.
The Amount of Effort is Calculated By Perceived Reward
Water and electricity are the same in one respect. They both take the path of least resistance. Water won’t climb all the way up…
